We had the pleasure of catering Emma & Enrique’s romantic villa wedding at the exclusive Hacienda Palo Maria in March. Chic Concepts put together a very romantic set for the couple’s vows overlooking the ocean and dinner over the sand on the villa’s private beach. Emma’s family is from England and Enrique is originally from Mexico so we worked with the couple to put together a menu that would please both groups while introducing them to eachothers’ cultures.
Guests were greeting upon arrival with our famous Aguas Frescas and we served the bride’s cocktail of choice “Pas de Deux” immediately following their wedding ceremony. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres with their cocktails and then sat down to a two course dinner followed by a traditional English wedding cake and Late Night Tacos shortly before the reception ended.
