Plush Catering & Events is a boutique catering company in which we, the owners – Blaire Veronica Osborne and Juan Zuno – oversee every detail of our clients’ celebrations. The company has operated in Puerto Vallarta for over a decade, and we purchased it in 2012 with a goal of transforming it into a modern, innovative catering service that creates inspiring food experiences for our clients’ most special days.

Beginning with your first inquiry, Blaire will be your point of contact, working with you throughout your planning process and as your event manager on the day itself. When it’s time for your menu tasting, Juan will be the one cooking for you, surprising you and your party with his unique ideas and willingness to tailor each recipe to your tastes.

A winning combination of formal training and fresh ideas is what Blaire brings to all of her events. Her event planning experience ranges from intimate boutique hotel weddings to large international, multi-day gatherings. Blaire is a Certified Event Manager who also studied Travel and Tourism and International Wedding Planning. She excels at communicating and interacting with her clients and making their dreams into realities. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has an insider’s familiarity with venues in Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita and the whole Riviera Nayarit area.
