As the Executive Chef for award winning restaurant Boca Bento, Juan was known both for his mastery of execution and for his grace under pressure. Today Juan spends time at Martino’s Restaurant Bar in Guadalajara where he is Executive Chef and partner and at Plush’s new location in Punta de Mita, Nayarit training staff and executing events.
With extensive experience in both the United States and Mexico, Juan is ready to innovate in any type of cuisine style that best compliments your event. Both you and your guests will leave smiling and reminiscing over the delicious menu.

A winning combination of formal training and fresh ideas is what Blaire brings to all of her events. Her event planning experience ranges from intimate boutique hotel weddings to large international, multi-day gatherings. Blaire is a Certified Event Manager who also studied Travel and Tourism and International Wedding Planning. She excels at communicating and interacting with her clients and making their dreams into realities. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has an insider’s familiarity with venues in Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita and the whole Riviera Nayarit area. You will love working with Blaire for any size event.
