    Plush Catering & Events is a boutique catering company in which we, the owners – Blaire Veronica Osborne and Juan Zuno - oversee every detail of our clients’ celebrations. The company has operated in Puerto Vallarta for over a decade, and we purchased it in 2012 with a goal of transforming it into a modern, innovative catering service that creates inspiring food experiences for our clients’ most special days.

    We’re passionate about what we do and the people we serve. With our emphasis on attentive service, bespoke menus and thoughtful, personalized touches throughout, Plush Catering & Events stands out as a truly customized destination wedding experience. Beginning with your first inquiry, Blaire will be your point of contact, working with you throughout your planning process and as your event manager on the day itself. When it’s time for your menu tasting, Juan will be the one cooking for you, surprising you and your party with his unique ideas and willingness to tailor each recipe to your tastes.

    As one of Puerto Vallarta’s most celebrated chefs, Juan Zuno is known for his tastefully bold flavor combinations that enchant the palate. One tasting with Juan and you’ll quickly understand why his food creations continue to garner praise throughout the city. As the Executive Chef for award winning restaurant Boca Bento, Juan was known both for his mastery of execution and for his grace under pressure. Today Juan spends time at Martino’s Restaurant Bar in Guadalajara where he is Executive Chef and partner and at Plush’s new location in Punta de Mita, Nayarit training staff and executing events.

    With extensive experience in both the United States and Mexico, Juan is ready to innovate in any type of cuisine style that best compliments your event. Both you and your guests will leave smiling and reminiscing over the delicious menu.

    A winning combination of formal training and fresh ideas is what Blaire brings to all of her events. Her event planning experience ranges from intimate boutique hotel weddings to large international, multi-day gatherings. Blaire is a Certified Event Manager who also studied Travel and Tourism and International Wedding Planning. She excels at communicating and interacting with her clients and making their dreams into realities. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has an insider’s familiarity with venues in Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita and the whole Riviera Nayarit area. You will love working with Blaire for any size event.

    When we aren’t executing events or helping our clients plan their future parties, we love exploring all the amazing food options around Puerto Vallarta, from street food to the very best restaurants. We draw inspiration from everywhere! We also love hosting our own gatherings, and weaving unique details (from dazzling menus to signature cocktails) throughout. You can also often find Juan on his fishing boat, Blaire practicing yoga, or both of us traveling whenever time allows. We’re so lucky to have built a business that’s our labor of love, while living the kinds of lives we’ve always dreamed about!
