• Robert & Ryan’s Mexican Fiesta Wedding

We feel very fortunate to have helped Robert and Ryan plan their Mexican fiesta wedding in Puerto Vallarta. Right from the beginning we clicked with the couple who had a casual Mexican themed fête in mind with a focus on food. After finding the perfect private villa in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area of Vallarta it was decided that a cocktail style service would be best. The couple wanted to make sure that there was food available to guests from first look to last call so Chef Juan created a custom menu that included heavy hors d’oeuvres post-ceremony, a Mexican themed Snack Station, Action Station Tacos, Dessert Bar and late night Popsicle Cart. Robert and Ryan treated guests to a top shelf bar and a “shot & selfie” station where guests sipped on tequila after arriving at the villa. The party began shortly after their ceremony (which was performed by a close friend) and kicked off with the couple’s entrance into the villa with a live donkey who then made his way to the photo booth.

Great article! We are getting married Nov 17 2018. Do you have availability? We were initially going to do a resort but like this idea better. With 150 people confirmed, what would a rough estimate be for you to coordinate and cater an exact replica of this wedding?
